Official Club Forms

There are various forms for you to read, some are produced by NZ Soccer, some by Waikato Bay of Plenty Football and some may be specific to a Cambridge competition. Make sure you read and understand the rules and regulations relating to the age group and grade you, or others, wish to play at. This reduces any disagreements about the game and helps the officials run games much smoother. CFC also has membership and automatic payment forms for senior and junior teams.

The CFC membership survey form can also be downloaded here. CFC's Guiding Principles can also be viewed below.
